Our Explorer 5.0 package is engineered to be installed with as little headache as possible.

  • Wiring Made Easy

Our custom engine wire harness plugs right into the factory Explorer harness using Ford components. Simply hook it up to Power, Ground, and factory ignition switch. Computer and Fuse / Relay Box designed to mount neatly on factory firewall behind engine. Leads for gauges, back up lights, air conditioning, and overdrive on/off switch are also supplied

All factory Explorer engine and transmission wire harnesses are completly stripped, inspected, and repaired wherever necessary. All unnecessary circuits are eliminated. We also shorten all leads to fit their new configurations in your Classic Bronco

  • Bolts to Stock Dana 20 Transfer Case

Our rebuilt 4R70W transmission come with Advanced Adapter transfer case kits already installed. Bolts right up to stock Dana 20 transfer cases.

  • Stock Throttle and Shifter Cables

We custom fabricate cable retainer brackets specifically to use the factory Explorer throttle and shifter cables. Allows for smooth range motion and easy operation.

  • Lowered Engine Components for Proper Hood Clearance

Factory Explorer 5.0’s require modifications to lower the power steering reservoir and ignition coil bracket to fit under a stock Bronco hood. We customize these components for easy installation and sleek look.
